The IS series single-stage single suction centrifugal pump is used for sucking and delivering clean water and liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water without solid particles. The flow range is 6.3~400m ³/h, the head range is 5~125m, and there are two speeds: 2900 rpm and 1450 rpm. The high temperature of the conveyed liquid should not exceed 80 ℃, and the working pressure is 1.6Mpa. Suitable for factories, mines, urban water supply and drainage, and agricultural irrigation and drainage. Model meaning: Example: IS80-65-160A. Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.
