The PNS type sediment pump is a large flow, single-stage single suction, horizontal commercial center pump developed by our factory based on the theory of two-phase flow. It is divided into 200mm, 250mm, 350mm, 400mm, 450mm, 500mm, and 550mm according to the suction diameter. The overcurrent components are made of high-strength alloy steel, which is resistant to strong abrasion and has high efficiency, long service life, reasonable structure, easy operation, low vibration, low exposure, and convenient maintenance. The materials of the pump body, impeller, and guard plate can be made of gray cast iron, cast steel, wear-resistant alloys, and non-metallic wear-resistant materials. Users can choose according to their needs when placing orders. 3. The shaft seal of the pump adopts packing seal, and high-pressure flushing water is added to the packing chamber to ensure the normal operation of the pump. 4. The rotation of the pump is counterclockwise when viewed from the inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right side of the horizontal direction when viewed from the inlet. Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.
