Characteristics: This pump has high efficiency and good wear resistance. When transporting media containing solid particles, the efficiency not only does not decrease, but also shows a trend of improvement. This pump is suitable for river dredging, dredging and solidifying embankments, coal mines, power plants, and transporting media containing solid particles in mines, such as concentrate pumps and tailings in ore selection plants, media in coal preparation plants, pump materials that are prone to high temperature crystallization in aluminum plants, material pumps in cement plants, and suction in dredgers.
Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.
