Application characteristics of G-type gravel pump: G-type gravel pump, which has a large clearance channel, is suitable for transporting gravel, mud and solid particles with large slag slurry. The G-type pump has a single pump casing structure (i.e. without an inner lining). The pump body, pump cover, and impeller are all made of wear-resistant metal. The connection between the pump body and pump cover adopts a special clamping structure, and the pump outlet direction can be rotated freely, making installation and disassembly easy. The inlet of each type of pump is horizontal, and the pump rotates clockwise when viewed from the transmission direction. Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.

Attention : 1. Avant de mettre en marche, vérifiez le sens de rotation du moteur, qui doit être cohérent avec le sens de rotation de la pompe avant le démarrage. 2.
