The QSZ series submersible slurry pump is mainly composed of three parts: pump head, motor, and combination seal. The water conservancy department is designed using the design method. The motor and water pump work coaxially and work together in the medium, and the overcurrent components (including the pump body, pump cover, and impeller) are made of wear-resistant materials. This product has excellent material selection, wide flow channels, and strong passing capacity. Widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, coal, power, building materials, municipal environmental protection, and river dredging enterprises, it is used to transport liquids containing abrasive solid particles such as sand and gravel, coal slag, and tailings. In addition to the main impeller, this product also adds a set of stirring impellers at the bottom, which can spray the settled slag into a mixed liquid of water and solid particles. Enable the water pump to achieve high concentration transportation without auxiliary devices. The sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, ensuring that the pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal is balanced, maximizing the reliable operation of the mechanical seal and greatly extending its service life. The motor can be equipped with various protective devices such as water inlet detection and overheating according to user requirements, enabling the product to operate safely for a long time under harsh working conditions.
Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.

注意：このポンプは工業および鉱業企業における各種の黄砂、鉱物砂の抽出および尾鉱スラリー、尾鉱鉱石、スラリー、スラグ、電気飛灰などの高腐食性媒体の輸送に適しており、高効率、省エネ、耐磨耗性、耐腐食性、信頼性の高い運転、高揚程、大流量、長距離輸送、広範な適用性などの特徴がある。注：粒子径84ミリメートル、吐出口径100～150ミリメートル。
SP/SPR スラリー・ポンプ & ZYシリーズ AACプラントセメントポンプ
用途と特徴：SPおよびSPRポンプは垂直遠心式スラリーポンプです。液体中に浸され、研磨性物質、粗粒子、および高濃度スラリーの搬送に使用されます。シャフトシールやシャフトシール水を必要とせず、吸込み不良の条件下でも正常に作動できます。SPタイプのポンプ本体は耐摩耗金属で、インペラは耐摩耗金属またはゴム、ポリウレタン素材で作られています。SPRポンプの液体中に浸される部品はゴムでコーティングされています。研磨性スラリーの搬送に適しています。
