Purpose and characteristics: SP and SPR pumps are vertical centrifugal slurry pumps. Immersed in liquid, used for conveying abrasive, coarse particles, and high concentration slurry. It does not require any shaft seal or shaft seal water and can work normally even under conditions of insufficient suction. The SP type pump body is made of wear-resistant metal, and the impeller is made of wear-resistant metal or rubber, polyurethane material. The components of the SPR pump immersed in the liquid are lined with rubber. Suitable for conveying abrasive slurry.
Installation & Maintenance Notes
- 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
- 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
- 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
- 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.

注意：このポンプは工業および鉱業企業における各種の黄砂、鉱物砂の抽出および尾鉱スラリー、尾鉱鉱石、スラリー、スラグ、電気飛灰などの高腐食性媒体の輸送に適しており、高効率、省エネ、耐磨耗性、耐腐食性、信頼性の高い運転、高揚程、大流量、長距離輸送、広範な適用性などの特徴がある。注：粒子径84ミリメートル、吐出口径100～150ミリメートル。
