The ZJE series filter press pump is a slurry pump with special performance developed based on fluid theory. It adopts dual main impellers for forward and backward installation, with dual side feeding at the rear end. The compact mechanical (packing) seal ensures that the pump operates without leakage. During operation, it utilizes the resistance changes inside the filter press to achieve high initial flow rate and low pressure to reduce the impact of the filter plate frame, extend the trial period of the filter cloth, and reduce the risk of pump blockage and filter press feeding blockage in the later stage. It also has the advantages of not adjusting the speed during filter press feeding. Attention : 1. Avant de démarrer, vérifiez le sens de rotation du moteur, qui doit être cohérent avec le sens de rotation de la pompe avant le démarrage. 2. Tournez la pompe manuellement pendant une semaine avant chaque démarrage, et ne démarrez qu'en l'absence de blocage ou de ralentissement. 3. Laissez un espace de 2 à 3 millimètres entre les accouplements. 4. Ajoutez de la graisse à temps pour chaque équipe de travail. |
