The ZJE series filter press pump is a slurry pump with special performance developed based on fluid theory. It adopts dual main impellers for forward and backward installation, with dual side feeding at the rear end. The compact mechanical (packing) seal ensures that the pump operates without leakage. During operation, it utilizes the resistance changes inside the filter press to achieve high initial flow rate and low pressure to reduce the impact of the filter plate frame, extend the trial period of the filter cloth, and reduce the risk of pump blockage and filter press feeding blockage in the later stage. It also has the advantages of not adjusting the speed during filter press feeding. Installation & Maintenance Notes 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction. 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing. 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling. 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.
