Descrição do Produto

The ZJQ series submersible slurry pump is a hydraulic machinery that operates coaxially with a motor and a water pump submerged in a medium. The flow channel is wide, the discharge capacity is high, and the wear and corrosion resistance are strong. It is mainly used for the removal and transportation of slurry liquids in metallurgy, mining, power plants, chemical industry, dredging, and reclamation projects. It is an ideal substitute for traditional slurry pumps. Main features of the product: 1. Not limited by suction distance, high slag suction efficiency, and more thorough dredging. 2. No need to equip an auxiliary vacuum pump, lower investment. 3. No need to equip auxiliary mixing devices, easier to operate. 4. The equipment operates underwater without noise or vibration, making the site cleaner. 5. The stirring impeller directly contacts the sedimentation surface, and the slurry concentration can be controlled by controlling the diving depth. Product configuration: 1. High insulation level of motor. 2. Three alloy mechanical seals are used to seal the motor and water pump. 3. The overcurrent components (impeller, upper and lower pump covers, pump casing), stirring impeller, are made of high chromium alloy wear-resistant material. 4. Configure the filter screen. Product usage conditions: 1. The power supply is a 380V, 50HZ three-phase AC power supply (the motor can be customized according to the customer's voltage and Hertz), and vertical continuous operation is preferred. 2. The medium temperature shall not exceed 40 degrees Celsius and shall not contain flammable or explosive gases. The pH value is between 6-9. 3. The weight concentration of solid particles in the medium is 30%, and the density of the medium is 1.3Kg/L. 4. The diving depth of the crew shall not exceed 25 meters, and the diving depth shall be based on submerging the motor (customized cooling water cover is available). 5. When the on-site conditions do not meet the above regulations, please specify when placing an order, and customization can be made according to requirements. (Special materials such as duplex stainless steel, 304, 316L, and pump types with special flow rates and head can be cast according to customer requirements) 1. Inspection and precautions before installation (1) Check whether the electric pump is deformed or damaged during transportation and storage. (2) Check for loose fasteners. (3) Check if the impeller rotates flexibly. (4) Check if the power supply voltage matches the nameplate of the electric pump. (5) Check whether the outer sheath of the electric pump matching cable is damaged, and whether the identification plates of the cable core are complete. (6) The insulation resistance value of the motor measured with a 500V megohmmeter must be greater than 50MQ (7). Check whether the oil chamber of the electric pump is filled with oil. (8) Check if the grounding (neutral) wire marking is reliable and conspicuous. Attention: a. It is strictly prohibited to use cables as hanging ropes, and it is strictly prohibited to stretch or stress cables. b. When the pump is not in use for a long time, it should be removed from the water, rinsed with clean water, and stored after drying. c. Except for special orders, electric pumps should not be used in flammable and explosive environments, and cannot pump highly flammable and corrosive media. 2. Precautions for the operation of electric pumps: (1) The power supply, electrical control ratio, and configuration should fully meet the operating requirements and have corresponding protection functions. And carry out startup and protection monitoring settings. (2) The diving cable of the equipment should be protected to prevent wear and tear.

Installation & Maintenance Notes

  1. 1 Before first start-up, check the motor rotation direction and make sure it matches the pump direction.
  2. 2 Every time before starting, turn the shaft by hand through one full revolution — it must turn freely without jamming or rubbing.
  3. 3 Keep a 2–3 mm clearance at the coupling.
  4. 4 Grease the bearings regularly every shift.
